Master Bath Finale!

Here it is in all it's glory!
I love how the whole bathroom turned out, but the counter is my favorite! Sorry the pics aren't great, it's such a small space, it's really hard to photograph!
Now what I need from you: How should I decorate? A lot or a little? Should I bring in more color? If so, what colors?

Master Bath in the Middle

Yeah... it grossed me out too....
Ben free-forming the shower pan... he's so skilled!
Where we stored our "materials"Yes, that is in the middle of our bedroom....
Stay tuned for the unveiling of our new master bath!

Master Bath Remodel

Well, I'm splitting this post into three. I'll show you some before pictures here, so you can get used to what it looked like :). Then I'll post some action shots, and then the final product (which will give me time to clean it and take pics... ). This project was WAY more intense than I thought it would be meaning it took about 3 times longer. It wasn't really difficult per se, just involved a lot more material and time than we had estimated! Worth it! I will say that!

Now that we have evidence, please don't try to tell me this bathroom wasn't absolutely disgusting! I wish I would have gotten close ups of the floor and the inside of the shower...
Stay tuned for the action shots tomorrow :)

Easter

Wow! What a wonderful Easter! I loved getting to watch General Conference. We watched the morning session at home, then went to the Whitney's for their little baby boy's blessing (what a DOLL- so cute!). Then out to Star to watch second session and have an easter egg hunt with my family. Then over to Ben's parents for Easter dinner and easter baskets. Lots of driving, but worth it to get to be with so many loved ones on such a special day.
I hope to have more pictures added soon, but for now, here's one I stole from my sister in law's blog. My sisters and I all made matching dresses for our girls using men's old button up shirts (tutorials are found all over the web). We all got together at Jen's to make them- it was so fun!

L2R: Ellie (Mine), Brook (Mine), Sienna (Jen), Paisli (Rach), Laila (Whit), Jetta (Jen), Berkli- not wearing hers (Rach), Cami (Jen)

Well, apparently there is a naughty snake trying to get Brook and her new bubbles and her easter basket, so I have to go save them all- wish me luck :)

March Madness- A Month In Review

So... I am pretty pleased with my accomplishments. I didn't do everything for the whole month. I didn't even touch the pantry. My suitcase remains half painted awaiting a coat of mod podge and fabric. And Gramma's sweatshirt is not even close to being completed. Luckily her b-day isn't for a few more weeks! Anyhow, I've discovered that planning projects and holding myself accountable for completing them actually motivated me to do my regular chores more often that I had been. Isn't that weird? I finally had an excuse not to do them because I was busy being "productive" and not laying around, but I actually did them more.

My month of April is going to be pretty crazy, so I am not planning a project for every day. Not even every week. I have a list on my sidebar of things I want to get done and I will do them! In no particular order. And I'll post about em too!

Thanks for joining me in my journey to become!
