These were a little intimidating, I must admit, but as soon as I took the plung and started cutting and gluing, I had a blast!
First I had to decide which fabric to use. It was a tough choice, but with a little help from Ben, I decided how could I go wrong with black lace? Then I found my shoes- these were a DI special that I thought would be perfect for many outfits at the time, but alas. I got them home and only wore them once over the last several months. So I figured even though they were heels, they'd be perfect for the project!
Get my mod podge and foam brush, and I'm ready to go!
Here they are!
What do you think? I think I will be wearing these a LOT more often now!I followed the same instructions Ashley @ Make It and Love It gave for flats, except I added a little hot glue here and there.... :)And when I feel like being a little more colorful....
So fun!

Hi! I'm Jo's friend in Colorado (but a Boise native!) I absolutely LOVE these shoes!!! Can you post a tutorial on them? How did you secure them around the back of the heal so they looked good? Seriously, I cant wait to do this project but I have no idea how you made them look so amazing and professional! Teach us!
